There is no published fixed fare for the Courmayeur-Ginevra taxi transfer: the cost depends on traffic and waiting times at the Monte Bianco tunnel. Some local operators (e.g. Taxi Courmayeur di Stefano Leonetti, Taxi MTH di Morgex) offer transfers by reservation also to Torino Caselle, Milano Malpensa/Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio: it's always worth asking for a phone quote before departure.
